Dr. Junfeng Song received his M.S./Ph.D in 1996/2000 at Jilin University, in College of Electronic Science and Engineering. He was appointed as professor of Jilin University from 2005. He joined the Institute of microelectronics of A*STAR from Aug 2010. Now, he is working on the silicon photonics related device and related systems, optical biochemical sensor, and other new optoelectronics phenomena in nano-structures.
